Find Personas

Describe your ideal prospect in plain English and get back real people, complete with verified emails and rich context -- ready to add to a campaign.

Just type something like "CTOs at fintech startups in San Francisco" or "founders of food and beverage companies in the US," and the AI takes care of the rest. Within seconds, you'll see matching people appearing in your results with their contact details and full professional context.

Search for Anyone

Go to Find Personas in your dashboard and type a description of who you want to reach. Think of it like telling a colleague who to find -- the more specific, the better.

Press Enter and results start streaming in live. No waiting for the full search to finish -- you can start reviewing people as they appear.

Below the search bar, you'll see Suggested Personas based on your company profile -- one-click shortcuts to get started. When market intelligence is available from your campaigns, these suggestions are enriched by real data from your reply and call analyses. You can configure these in your Company settings.

Target Any Persona

What are you looking for?
Suggested Personas
Founders of B2B SaaS companiesCTOs at fintech startupsMarketing directors at ecommerce companies

Search bar — Type a natural language description of who you want to reach, or click a suggested persona to get started.

Tips for better results:

  • Be specific about the role -- "marketing directors at B2B SaaS companies" works much better than "marketers"
  • Include industry -- "CTOs at fintech startups" narrows results significantly
  • Add location -- "sales managers at healthcare companies in San Francisco" focuses geographically
  • Mention company stage or size -- "founders at companies with 10-50 employees" helps target the right fit
  • Combine criteria -- the more dimensions you include, the more targeted your results

Automatic Match Validation

One of the most powerful parts of Find Personas is automatic validation. When you run a search, the AI breaks your query down into specific criteria -- like "CTO", "fintech", "San Francisco" -- and then independently validates each person against every criterion.

You'll see this in the Match Validation column next to each result:

  • Green checkmark -- confirmed match for that criterion
  • Red X -- doesn't match
  • Gray question mark -- couldn't be verified (doesn't mean they don't match -- just that the information wasn't available)

You can hover over any validation to see the reasoning behind it.

This gives you confidence that the people in your results actually match what you're looking for, without having to manually check each one yourself.

Rich Person & Company Context

Every person you find comes with a deep profile, not just a name and email. The AI gathers:

  • Professional background -- job history, current role, and career trajectory
  • Recent activity -- what they've been up to professionally
  • Company details -- their company's size, industry, funding stage, and description
  • Company activity -- recent news and developments at their organization

Click on any person in the results to see their full profile in the sidebar.

This context matters because when you add these people to a campaign, the AI uses all of it to personalize every message -- referencing their specific role, company situation, and background to write outreach that actually resonates.

Usage & Limits

Persona searches count against your monthly usage allowance based on your subscription plan. You'll see a notification if you're approaching your limit.

Best Practices

  1. Be descriptive -- the more specific your search, the more relevant the results
  2. Review validations -- use the match validation column to quickly spot the best fits
  3. Don't dismiss unknowns -- an unknown validation just means the info couldn't be confirmed, not that the person is a bad match
  4. Use suggested personas -- they're tailored to your business and are a great starting point

Personas That Evolve

Your personas aren't static profiles. As campaigns run and prospects reply or join calls, the system tracks how each persona performs -- what resonates, what falls flat, which personas convert and which don't.

Over time, the system builds per-persona market learnings that include performance tiers, sentiment breakdowns, top objections, and AI-assessed fit evaluations. Based on this intelligence, the AI generates persona suggestions: refine existing personas, improve search queries, discover entirely new personas from market signals, or deprecate underperforming ones.

When you generate new personas, the AI can incorporate learnings from your actual campaign replies and call transcripts for more accurate targeting.

All persona management, market learnings, and suggestions are available on the Company page under the Personas tab.
