Activity
The Activity page gives you a real-time overview of everything happening across your campaigns -- emails sent, replies received, bounces, and new prospects discovered by your continuous searches. Go to Activity in your dashboard sidebar to see your activity dashboard.
Activity Over Time
At the top of the page, a stacked area chart shows your key metrics over time:
- Emails Sent -- the number of campaign emails delivered each day
- Replies -- how many prospects responded to your outreach
- Bounces -- emails that bounced or failed to deliver
- Recipients Found -- new prospects discovered by continuous persona searches and added to campaigns automatically
Use the time range selector to view the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time. The chart updates immediately when you change the range.
Summary Cards
Below the chart, summary cards show your totals for the selected time range:
- Total Emails Sent
- Total Replies
- Total Bounces
- Total Recipients Found
These give you a quick at-a-glance picture of your outreach volume and results.
Recipients Found via Auto Search
Below the summary, a table shows all the people who were automatically discovered by your continuous persona searches and added to campaigns. This is where you see the pipeline refill in action.
Each row shows:
- Person -- avatar, name, and email address
- Company -- the company they work at
- Campaign -- which campaign they were added to
- Time -- when they were discovered and added
Entries are grouped by date (Today, Yesterday, or specific dates) so you can see the daily flow of new prospects.
Click on any person to open their Person Details Sidebar on the right side of the page, showing their full profile -- job history, company details, match validations, and the campaign they were added to.
Outreach Schedule
At the bottom of the page, the Outreach Schedule card shows upcoming scheduled email sends across your active campaigns, so you can see what's going out next.
