Campaigns let you send personalized email sequences to the people you find, track replies, and manage the entire outreach process from one place.
Your Campaigns
The campaigns page shows all your campaigns at a glance -- name, status, recipient count, emails sent, reply rate, and overall progress. Create a new campaign with a single click.

Campaign Status
Each campaign has a status that controls its behavior:
- Draft -- still being set up. You'll see a checklist to make sure everything is ready before activating.
- Active -- currently sending emails according to your schedule
- Paused -- temporarily stopped. Click Resume to continue where you left off.
- Completed -- all emails in the sequence have been sent to all recipients
Inside a Campaign
When you open a campaign, you'll see five tabs: Overview, Recipients, Email Sequences, Outreach Schedule, and Replies.
Overview
The Overview tab gives you a snapshot of the campaign's status, performance metrics, linked persona, and AI agent assignment.

Key metrics shown:
- Reply rate -- percentage of recipients who replied
- Total replies -- overall reply count
- Replies to initial -- replies to the first email
- Replies to follow-ups -- replies to subsequent emails
You can also toggle the performance view to see an activity chart of emails sent and replies over time.
Recipients
The Recipients tab shows everyone in the campaign with their contact info, company, and current email status -- whether they're pending, have been sent emails, or have replied.

Recipients tab — See all recipients with their contact info, company, and email status. Add people from Find Personas or manually.
You can add recipients from your Find Personas results, manually, or through a continuous search that automatically finds and adds new people over time.
Click on any recipient to open their full profile sidebar -- the same rich context (job history, company details, etc.) that was gathered when they were found.
Email Sequences
The Email Sequences tab is where you write your emails. There are two fundamentally different approaches, and you choose between them with a toggle at the top:
AI-Generated Emails (Recommended)
When you select the AI tab, the system generates a completely unique, personalized email for every single recipient. This is powered by the AI Sales Rep you assign to the campaign.
The AI uses everything it knows about each person -- their job title, company, recent activity, company size, industry, and more -- to write emails that reference their specific situation. No two recipients get the same email. You configure how many follow-ups to include and how many days apart, then hit Generate and the AI writes the full sequence for every person.
Once generated, you can click through each recipient in the people row to preview exactly what they'll receive. Each email shows a horizontal stepper -- Initial Email > Follow-up 1 > Follow-up 2 -- so you can review the entire sequence. You can also edit any individual email's subject or body inline.
The Email Generation Instructions let you guide the AI's tone and style. These instructions are saved to your AI Sales Rep, so they persist across regenerations.
Template Emails
When you select the Template tab, you write a single email template with variable placeholders like [First Name], [Company Name], and [Title]. These get replaced with each recipient's actual information at send time.
Template mode gives you direct control over the exact wording. You write the initial email subject and body, then add follow-up templates below. A live preview shows you how the template looks for each selected recipient.

Email Sequences tab — Toggle between AI-generated and template modes. Click different recipients to see their personalized emails. Use the horizontal stepper to navigate between the initial email and follow-ups.
How to choose
- Use AI if you want maximum personalization and have an AI Sales Rep assigned. Every recipient gets a unique email that references their specific company and background.
- Use Template if you want full control over the exact wording or don't have an AI Sales Rep set up yet.
You can switch between modes at any time before sending. Once emails have been sent, the mode is locked.
Follow-ups in both modes are only sent if the recipient hasn't replied to the previous email.
Outreach Schedule
The Outreach Schedule tab lets you control when and how emails are sent. Configure which days of the week to send, set a time window, and set a daily limit.
Outreach Schedule tab — This is the real schedule view. Filter by status or email type, switch between list and calendar views, and group by date or recipient.
The projected schedule shows you exactly which emails will go out on which days, so you can see the full plan before activating the campaign.
Replies
The Replies tab is your inbox for the campaign -- a threaded email client that shows all conversations with recipients who replied.

Replies tab — View all conversation threads, read replies, and respond directly. Use AI to generate draft responses.
You can read replies, respond directly, or use AI to generate draft responses. If you have an AI Sales Rep assigned, it can automatically generate (or even send) replies on your behalf.
Booking Tracking
When prospects reply and book a call, the system tracks the booking and links it to the campaign recipient. If the call takes place on Google Meet, the transcript is automatically fetched and analyzed by AI -- extracting sentiment, buying signals, competitive mentions, and more. These call analyses feed into the same Insights system as email reply analyses, enriching your market intelligence with data from live conversations.

Continuous Searches
Link a persona search to your campaign to automatically find new people and add them as recipients over time. Set how often to run the search and how many new people to add per run. New recipients are automatically queued into the email sequence.
AI Sales Reps
Assign an AI Sales Rep to your campaign to:
- Generate personalized email drafts for each recipient using their full profile context
- Auto-generate follow-up drafts that maintain conversation context
- Draft replies to incoming emails with appropriate responses
As the campaign runs, every reply is analyzed and every call transcript is processed. This intelligence aggregates and feeds back into your AI Sales Rep as concrete suggestions -- improving its outreach instructions, reply handling, follow-up sequences, and objection responses over time. The more campaigns you run, the smarter your agent becomes.
