Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Reply Agent, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use The Reply Agent for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in The Reply Agent
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Usage

You agree to use The Reply Agent in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring compliance with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Obtaining proper consent before sending emails to recipients

Prohibited Uses

You may not use The Reply Agent:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To transmit or procure the sending of spam, unsolicited bulk email, or other similar messages
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Reply Agent or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Reply Agent.
